   I am pleased to learn that your Association is willing to sponsor
a film lecture meeting in co-operation with my Committee. I can
now say that the Committee's Organiser's, Mr. I.M. Grant and
Mr. R.M. Howatwill be able to visit your area for the purpose of
a meeting on Monday 9th October. Will you therefore kindly
proceed to make final arrangements for a meeting on this date
and let me have the enclosed form, duly completed, at your very
earliest convenience so that sufficient time may be allowed for
the printing and display of bills. An experienced Chairman will
be essential to the success of the meeting and I trust that you wil
l be able to make a suitable arrangement in this connection. I
would be pleased to supply notes for use in his opening remarks,
if he so desires.

   As indicated in my previous communication my Committee will
be prepared to contribute towards the charge incurred in securing
the use of a Hall. If your Association should desire to avail
themselves of such assistance, it will be necessary to submit to me
after the meeting has been held, a receipted account for the charge
incurred by the Association. Payment will require to be made by
your Association in the first place and care should be taken to
procure a receipt.

   A stamped addressed envelope is enclosed herewith for the return
of the form accompanying this letter.
